FAQ
Straight answers before the project starts.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. Small repairs, installations, finish work, maintenance, and practical improvements are central to NeighborBuilt.
Do you do full kitchen and bathroom remodeling?
NeighborBuilt can take on selected kitchen and bathroom updates and remodeling projects, but larger remodels are secondary to the company’s core repair and improvement work.
Do you do plumbing or electrical work?
NeighborBuilt does not advertise plumbing or electrical as standalone services. When licensed trade work is required as part of a project, qualified licensed professionals can be coordinated.
Do you offer one-time lawn mowing?
Yes. On-demand yard care is intended for homeowners who need occasional mowing, weed trimming, blowing, or basic property cleanup without signing up for a recurring lawn service.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. NeighborBuilt presents itself as a licensed and insured Connecticut home improvement company. Add the applicable license or registration number to the site once you are ready to publish it publicly.
How do I request an estimate?
Call or text (959) 224-1020, or use the estimate request form. Sharing a short description and a few photos can often make the first conversation faster.
What areas do you serve?
NeighborBuilt is based in Wolcott, Connecticut and serves Connecticut homeowners. Because project location and scope affect scheduling, contact us with your town and project details to confirm availability.
Can you coordinate multiple parts of a project?
Yes. When a project needs more than one trade, NeighborBuilt can help coordinate the work and keep the homeowner’s experience simpler.
